1. Scope and Fair Review
This policy applies to software development, website development, cloud integration, automation, consulting, and other digital services supplied by Wellkins Solution LLC under an accepted project agreement.
We review each request fairly in light of the project agreement, the work performed, payments and costs, the circumstances of the request, and applicable law. This policy does not create an absolute no-refund rule, guarantee a refund in every situation, or limit statutory or other rights that cannot legally be waived.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel before work begins, send us a written request identifying the project or invoice. We will review any advance payment under the agreement and applicable law. Where the agreement permits and applicable law allows, the review may account for documented, non-cancellable commitments or third-party costs authorized for the project, and amounts that have not been earned or committed. We will explain the calculation for any amount retained or returned.
3. Cancellation After Work Begins
If you cancel after work has started, send a written request as soon as reasonably possible. We will assess the work completed up to cancellation, deliverables prepared, agreed milestones, project-specific commitments, payments made, and applicable law. We will provide an account of amounts due or potentially refundable under the agreement and applicable law; cancellation does not automatically make all advance payments refundable or non-refundable.
4. Partially Completed Work
For work in progress, we consider the agreed scope and payment schedule, completed and usable work, work in progress, any deliverables transferred, and costs properly incurred for the project. Any remaining balance, refund, or payment due will be determined from those facts, the agreement, and applicable law. We do not apply a blanket rule that all partially completed work is non-refundable.
5. Completed Services
Completed and accepted services generally do not qualify for a discretionary change-of-mind refund. A request involving a verified defect, non-delivery, breach of the project agreement, or other circumstance will be reviewed under the agreement and applicable law. This general approach does not remove any contractual or statutory right or remedy.
6. Non-Delivery or Missing Deliverables
If an agreed deliverable appears to be missing or was not provided, contact us with the project reference and a description of the issue. We will compare the concern with the agreed scope and delivery record and, where appropriate, work with you on completion, correction, cancellation, refund, or another remedy consistent with the agreement and applicable law.
7. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you believe a payment was duplicated or applied incorrectly, contact us with the invoice reference, amount, date, and available transaction confirmation. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or full bank details. We will check the available records and, if a duplicate payment is verified, arrange an appropriate correction or refund, subject to applicable law and the payment provider’s processing. The time for a credit to appear may depend on the provider or financial institution.
8. Payment Disputes
You may contact Wellkins about a billing concern and may also use any dispute, complaint, or chargeback process available through your payment provider or financial institution. Contacting Wellkins first is not a condition for exercising rights available under your agreement or applicable law.
The pricing-page disclosure states that payments for services provided by Wellkins Solution LLC are processed by Evelkins Infotech Solution (OPC) Private Limited and that this name will appear during secure checkout. Contact the payment provider using the transaction information presented at checkout for provider-specific procedures.
9. How to Submit a Request
Email contact@wellkinss.com with your name, project or invoice reference, a brief explanation, and relevant supporting documents that do not expose sensitive payment credentials. You may also call +1 888-910-8753. We will acknowledge receipt of a refund request within three business days and review it under this policy, the project agreement, and applicable law.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method where reasonably available or another payment method authorized by the payer and permitted by the payment provider and applicable law. Processing and posting times may depend on the provider or financial institution.
