1. Information We Collect
If you use the project inquiry form, it receives and validates the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, service of interest, project description, and privacy-consent checkbox selection. Company name, project format, and estimated project budget are optional. The form also includes a hidden anti-spam field. The application does not separately persist the checkbox selection or include it in the Resend notification email.
When you visit the site or submit the form, hosting and service providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. We do not ask you to submit passwords, payment-card details, bank information, or other sensitive credentials through the inquiry form.
2. How We Use Information
We use inquiry details to validate and protect form submissions, respond to your request, discuss possible work, and, if you engage us, administer the related project and business records. The privacy-consent checkbox is required for submission and its selection is validated by the contact API; the application does not separately retain the selection.
The contact API applies a shared rate limit of five requests per client IP address in a 15-minute window. The API hashes the address before sending the identifier to Upstash Redis for rate limiting; it does not intentionally send the raw address to Redis. This control helps reduce automated or abusive submissions.
3. Email and Service Providers
Contact-form inquiries are sent by the server through Resend to contact@wellkinss.com. The inquiry includes the details you submit; your validated email address is set as the reply-to address so Wellkins can respond. The form does not save inquiries to a separate application database.
Netlify provides website hosting and runtime services. Upstash Redis supports shared contact-form rate limiting. Resend delivers inquiry email. These providers process information as needed to provide their services and under their own terms and privacy notices. Their operational logs, security practices, and retention periods are governed by their configurations and policies; Wellkins does not state a fixed retention period for those provider records here.
4. Payments
The pricing page offers a PayGlocal hosted payment button. Payment details are entered into the provider checkout, not collected or stored by the contact form or contact API. The pricing-page disclosure states that payments for services provided by Wellkins Solution LLC are processed by Evelkins Infotech Solution (OPC) Private Limited and that this name will appear during secure checkout. This description does not assign any additional legal role to that entity. Review the provider’s terms and notices presented for the transaction.
5. Cookies and Analytics
The website application does not currently configure an analytics or advertising service or intentionally set cookies for cross-site advertising. Hosting infrastructure and third-party services, including a payment checkout you choose to open, may use technical storage or process connection information under their own policies. Review their notices for details.
6. Retention and Security
Wellkins uses inquiry information as needed to respond and manage related business communications or projects. The website does not define a fixed deletion schedule for email or business records. Technical data held by Netlify, Resend, Upstash, and payment providers is subject to their respective systems, settings, and retention practices.
We use server-side validation, spam controls, rate limiting, and reasonable safeguards appropriate to the website. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send sensitive authentication or financial information through the inquiry form or ordinary email.
7. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You may choose not to use the inquiry form and instead contact us by email or telephone. Depending on where you live, privacy laws may provide rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or other rights. Contact us to make a request. We may ask for information reasonably needed to locate the relevant records and verify your request. Applicable legal rights are not limited by this policy.
8. International Processing and Third-Party Sites
Wellkins is based in Wyoming, United States, and uses online service providers to operate the website and deliver email. Information may be processed in locations used by Wellkins or those providers. If you follow a link to a third-party website or payment checkout, that service’s terms and privacy notice apply to its processing.
9. Changes and Contact
